Ok so for anyone who gets their download before I do.

After the download is finished, DO NOT INSTALL IT JUST YET!

Use Root Explorer and navigate to /cache

Copy the zip file in there to your PC and upload the file somewhere.

Ok so I'm a bit of a noob at this whole flashing thingamajiggy. I'm on 6.12.173.XT912.Verizon.en.US (not rooted) so can I cheesecake and get ICS on the phone easy, or is there some sort of crazy nutter butter thing I have to do to get this on?

BEFORE WE ALL FRENZY: Anyone who's updated to this, and has RSD'd back, make 150% sure EVERYTHING is back to stock. The last thing we need is 150 people on ICS, then we all realize that after SBFing our radio is still ICS's and throws us off of the upgrade path.
