My wifi keeps dropping out randomly, and the, "wifi notification" icon will pop up even though i never toggled wifi on or off. I wonder if this is why my battery drained over night like it did. Then again, it could be what others are reporting about having poor battery life on the leak with 4g. (On a side note, I am running Axiom Complx) I had awesome life on GB, with 4g and wifi on all the time. Also, there's no option to toggle wifi notifications on or off? I couldnt find it anywhere.
I got mine to stop turning on by itself by going to settings>wifi>(menu)>advanced then unchecked the wifi notifications thing

I'm able to get the file onto my phone via usb mass storage transfer.
I copy the 2 files from my external sdcard to the /cache/ folder in the root of my phone.
Then I tap the zip file and choose ROM manager to open it. Then ROM manager says I need to reboot then I hit OK.
It goes to the screen with the green android and there is a white box with an orange arrow and a percentage bar below it.
The bar fills up to about 1/4 of the way and then the box and arrow changes into the triangle with the exclamation point. The bar stops moving for about 30 seconds and my phone reboots back into GB.
I tried redownloading the zip file 4 times already. Soooo I have no clue what else to do.
I am experiencing this same issue. I have been scouring the forums for days trying any and all versions of this same process. The entire time I have assumed that I was on stock 6.12.173. Out of complete frustration I then decide that I will go ahead and flash 6.12.173 so I will be starting fresh. I have tried Matt's utility...No Dice...I have tried RSD Lite...No Dice....I have downloaded about 10 different fastboot files that are supposed to take me back to 6.12.173 and nothing will work. I am now pretty sure that I have the right process for the ICS update, but something else is keeping it from loading correctly. Either I am just stupid, and missing something obvious, or (and I find this option much more likely), my Droid Razr does actually hate me. I really want ICS on my phone, but at this point I'm just about to say screw it. I know that these forums are bombarded with infinite numbers of frustrated people just like me. Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong? Or should I just leave it be?

The person you quoted had a bad ics zip file. Check the md5 against yours. That may be the problem.

**UPDATE**
Thanks to Wyld, I did a factory reset and it fixed the camera force closing. Loving the new ICS, runs super fast and very little problems!! Great OS

I have it running and everything seems to be going ok but the camera will still not run. Whenever press it I get a "Unfortunately, Camera has stopped" error. Funny thing is, when I setup face unlock, the camera works to capture my face image. Any ideas? Only thing I can think of is to roll back all the way, do OTA updates and repeat the whole thing.
Try wiping data after installing ICS leak another thread mentioned that it might help with some issues.
