It would really be helpful if someone would reply and help those of us not as lucky as the rest.
Thank you,
Jim
You shouldn't have to wait long. If it gets stuck on communicating with server then something is wrong. Try the different servers on the list or even try force closing cheesecake and retrying, even reboot your phone. That's how I was finally able to get it to work.

All I am asking is how long you wait for a server to reply before trying another? 1 min? 1 hour?I'm sorry but besides trying other servers, there isn't a clear solution for that problem yet. Please wait for the other developers to release a simple update solution. DirtyDroidX mentioned he would have one in an hour but that was five hours ago.

Sorry, I was putting the kids to bed... Took me about a minute or less, and went through fine... So I would say 5 at the most

When I went to the server, the notification for the update was instant. If you are waiting for more than 10 seconds, switch servers.

Sorry. It shouldn't take very long. I'd say less than a minute before trying another. If it takes longer than a minute to reply, the download speed will probably be bad anyways. All I am asking is how long you wait for a server to reply before trying another? 1 min? 1 hour?

And at least for me. If you go to widgets, the widgets dont have name.Got it running and loving it but one thing they left out was a way to hide unused apps like the bloat.

Thanks. Every server first says I need to register for a Motorola account, first, did you get that? When I went to the server, the notification for the update was instant. If you are waiting for more than 10 seconds, switch servers.

If you long press (hold down) an app, and drag it to the top of the screen where it says "More options," It should popup with a dialog. Select Disable and it disappears.Got it running and loving it but one thing they left out was a way to hide unused apps like the bloat.
