This is what I did when I first tried it. And yes, you should be able to use the files you already downloaded. You will still need to use cheesecake so that the system understands there is an update available.used utility, im recharging now and gonna go old school to 744, ota up to 173. then try agin.

for about 5 minutes now... I'm thinking I should just let it sit there and hopefully workout. Since it's supposedly laggy at first, that's probably why? Or do you think I should do a "Battery Pull"
Thanks.

wonder how they pick who gets the e-mail...
I've got both the .zip and .crc, and debating on if it's worth going through the root process, just because of this.
I just registered for MFN yesterday evening in hopes of getting the invite. I never received one...until I flashed the leak! literally 15 minutes after flashing, I received an invite lol

If it continues, try rebooting. If it still doesn't work, you might have to do a factory reset. To do this, reboot into recovery (Hold both volume buttons and then power up. Press volume down until you select Recovery and then press volume up.). Then select wipe data/factory reset from the options.Mine has been on the

Apples and oranges... just because the utility wipes data, doesn't mean it flashes the radio or kernal. I don't use the utility anyway, but just pointing that out
This is as I understand it. I also do not use the utility I prefer to do it manually through ADB.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but won't using matt's ultility only fastboot your system to .173? In order to return to full stock including stock .173 radios you must use RSD Lite to flash the fasboot files.
Reverting back to stock .744 or .173 system using matt's utility should work perfectly. What I was refering to in my post above was that once you install this ICS leak you will now have installed the new radios and kernel. In order to return to full stock including radios and kernel you will have to use RSD Lite since I believe it is the only way to flash radios and kernels other than through an actual OTA or leak. If I'm incorrect please someone with more knowledge correct me.
