I placed mine in storage/sdcard0/twrp if that helps you any.

thanks but i know where it goes its just the folder isnt showing up. i can only find the folder while in recovery and i cant figure out how to move the theme folder i created into the internal twrp folder
i found it lol storage/sdcard0/0 .
