This ROM is not GSM, it is built for CDMA XT912. and we have an ics leak to build off of, but thanks for the suggestion...

There is an issue. I had to flash the Gapps otherwise the phone won't boot. But Gapps are also included I thought?

Maybe because I#m using Black Widow on GSM. We have to flash the normal gapps then the ril patch before reboot, after the phone is set up reboot again into recovery and flash dark gapps. Then the rom runs great!!! :D

Does the reboot option in power menu options reboot you into recovery regardless of whether your using bootstrap or safestrap?

good question, I want to know, too.

@Andlaw: Can you give me download link for dark Gapps please?
The problem is, I saw that dark gapps were not installed. So I rebooted into recovery and flashed them. After that it ended with bootloop... What about the recovery when rebooting using the power button? Is this safestrap? Maybe that cou7ld be the reason for my problem..

I'm not at home or I would get the link. You should have no problem however finding it if you do a search using google, Gapps-ics-20120422-signed.zip
As for the reboot option, I believe the recovery option does not do anything "or at least it doesn't using safestrap" yet. The normal reboot option should only reboot the phone, in which case bootstrap auto puts you into cwm. safestrap you have to hit the menu key to enter recovery when the splash screen pops up.

Thanks a lot!

Gapps-ics-20120422-signed.zip: This seems to be the normal gapps. I need Dark Gapps.

Was wondering if , with the new build, any of the issues you listed in post one were fixed?

Thanks in advance

I followed your instructions ( I have installed custom roms many times currently was using Eclipse) and I am stuck in the 'Motorola Dual Core" screen after installing your rom? Is this normal or is something really wrong?

since you were on eclipse you must have been on 173, which is good, u might tell me what your using.. bootstrap or safe strap. but it sounds like you got a bad download...... did you check the md5 before flashing it?

Will it go back to recovery when you push power and volume down if so reflash eclipse and then download again or restore a nanodroid

Ok guys, minor update, but i figured while i was gutting the gapps from the build, i might as well pull and update the framework. I am going to stick to this method to avoid problems for GSM users and just keep the same method as other roms use. Please follow the OP as i've redone the instructions, so don't ask until you read it :D
  • no gapps arent integrated
  • yes you need to flash gapps after you flash the rom
  • yes the darkgapps-ics is optional (if you really like the rom dark, then flash it! FOLLOW DIRECTIONS IN OP)
  • yes you should be able to flash this in CWM (i use safestrap 1.09)

changes in Aokp framework:
  • AVRCP: fixed retrieving meta data from last.fm api
  • Add application shortcuts to toggle torch & Navbar these application targets can be used to toggle the torch or navbar from places like launcher homescreen, Custom NavBar and Lockscreen. These are created as SystemUI Shortcuts.
  • LGEQualcommRIL: Fix radio version on victor Use that device's specific GET_MODEM_VERSION request to fill in the usual BASEBAND_VERSION data Also, merge QualcommNoSimReadyRIL into LGEQualcommRIL, since no other device subclasses it anymore
  • fix small icons when airplane mode & wifi are on
