This doesn't support the OG Razr or Razr Maxx, but I'm not sure why you'd bother trying, since you can already root with Razr Blade:
Unfortunately since the last Update (4.1.2 as sample Vodafone, O2 in Germany) you can not root XT910 with Razr Blade. Have you a solution for our XT910?

But hope dies last. Maybe we could have hope that Dan could do once again something for the XT910.
Sorry for my bad english

He has said it's an end of him doing root exploits for Motorola did he not? Gotta look elsewhere, I highly suggest starting a bounty on the RAZR XDA forum section, that's where most XT910 users are.OK - Thank you!

Please do not Personal Message me for help or troubleshooting. They will be ignored. Post in threads or start one in Q&A sections.

I followed the steps and did the root on my Razr HD (Xt925) with the locked bootloader.
Quick and practical ... and everything works perfectly.
Donation made!
Success!

I very rarely donate....hey, it is what it is. Sorry. I donated to djrbliss as soon as I could for the bootloader unlock. I plan on hitting the donate button for some others too soon. And I normally dont like to broadcast when and who I donate to.
Motorola is like the red headed step child in the root, ROM community. Those of you that continue to support it, yall all are a true blessing to us Motorola fans. The selfish side of me dont wanna see bliss stop, but I understand. I all but gave up on messing with ROMs on Moto phones. Even leaks. The bootloader unlock gave me a lil hope.
So again, thanks for everything you've done.

crap!!! NOT WORKING (
I was stuck on this for a few hours myself, being new to the whole rooting thing. I finally downloaded the Android SDK ( ) using this guide ( ) and then made sure to have the latest USB drivers from Motorola ( ). Once those were in, this exploit took care of the rest!
