You should maybe look in the Bionic section of the forum for a thread called "Easy Root"...

While many do, in what you have tried to do, they have no fault - You were trying to apply an exploit that does not work on the Bionic. Research some more.

Thanks guys. As my post count implies, I'm new to this particular forum. I found this thread via Google, and other sources claimed this worked with the Bionic. I'll look for the other thread. Cheers!

When I execute run.sh it goes through the prompt then all I get is, "./abd.osx: No such file or directory."
I'm in debugging/USB, followed the steps, but somethings not hooking up correctly.
Can someone help me please?

I ran this utility after a factory reset. I get the following output not indicating any errors. I'm on a Drod RAZR MAXX HD Jelly Bean 4.1.2. Open the Super User app it asks me to update I say yes and that fails. Open Titanium app and says its still not rooted. Any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure this installs a virus on your phone. Seems to have disabled my data chart and is using ~300 megs of data a day, despite data being turned off on my phone.

The exploit is not a virus. You've got something else going on.... This is why rooting can be dangerous. Did you install any root required apps after obtaining root?

I just tested it and it extracted just fine. Maybe a restart is in order?

Just restarted my computer and it did the same thing.
Im running Windows XP and ive got all the latest drivers from Motorola.
I've tried rooting this same phone with multiple programs and nothings worked from the ICS 4.0.4 - JB 4.1 - JB 4.1.1 - JB 4.1.2
I don't know if im stupid or what, but i can never get anything to work.
