So I guess I need to be "That Guy" here. I run the bat file. It pushes the unlock, says Unlockin Phone, reboots into bootloader, it reads the stuff from my phone, but its still locked. I wonder if for some reason the exploit is not running right??

You can replace the warning message. There is a thread about it on XDA. I'll find the link later if no on else does.

Yes, the Qfuse is supposed to be blown but with the bootloader UNLOCKED. That's the point :)

What is everyone seeing after unlocking? No abnormal behavior or problems with data? No MEID's disappeared or anything crazy like that?

Once the bootloader is unlocked, people are saying a hardware fuse in the silicon actually trips open permanently? Does this mean there is no chance of the bootloader being locked again even after an OTA update?

I'm on 4.1.2 now, rooted, and bootloader unlocked. Does this mean that even if I accidentally lose root, I can always revert back to 4.04 and root it that way and manually update up?

No. Word is that Moto will push an OTA pretty quickly to lock it up again. Maybe even replace the boot loader entirely with a new one.

Is this something that will work on other Moto phones in the future? Bionic? I'm a little reluctant to do my Maxx HD while it's still on warranty. But my Bionic is up for it.

This won't work for OMAP devices (Bionic, RAZR, D4, etc)

Not even sure where to start. I updated SU, made sure my moto driver's were up to date, USB de-bugging is checked, UKS is checked, but still can't get the exploit to work. I've tried running it three times, I'm on my fourth now. Any input would be great.

Did you make sure to hit enter. I pressed any key the first time and I'd don't work lol

If a new recovery is flashed(like CWM), are we immune from future Motorola/Verizon updates to re-lock the phone?
