Thank you very much, I understood. Is it possible to "downgraded" phone? What I need to do? What need to be downgraded? Back to Android 4.0.4? Or something other?
Not possible. Security has been upgraded. No way to roll back.

I have installed Safestrap 3.12. May I create new Rom-Slot and install there Cyanogen for example? I tried, but phone cah't load from it. May it be result of security update?
What is most optimized firmware for xt926m by your opinion?

Right now, there's pretty much no CM that is compatible with SS. There used to be a CM10 that would work on SS, but the link is long dead.

Checkout Xposed Framework, it's a great app that has many modules that will let you modify your stock ROM. I loaded up a stock ROM yesterday (just for nostalgia's sake) and tweaked it pretty well with Xposed.

Now that the warranty if expired, i used the motochopper to root. It worked very well and super easy! The one thing is that i had to do a partition clear and a factory data reset before it worked.. Which was fine. Now im sitting in awe trying to think about what all i want to do.
First thing i did was installed titanium backup. Then downloaded root app delete, which is a really nice free app to (delete system apps) it has a safety feature for novices like myself.
Just wanted to say thanks a million!
Now that ive tested it on mine ill do my moms.

I know this is an old thread, but I've been a bit behind in everything, when I heard Dan was done finding exploits right after the 4.1.2 update, I had already updated (like a dumbass), so feeling lost and alone, I totally missed the update that he made for us Razr Maxx HD users, which was that he made a bootloader unlock for us (I saw this last night WAY late (obviously) and got all giddy and went helterskelter into it headfirst). So, I rooted my phone, using Safe Root, from
. Now, that worked just fine and dandy, as far as my phone is concerned, it IS rooted properly. Now the only reason I am asking, is because I haven't seen anything for my specific model on this thread. I don't believe I ever updated the security on my phone, then again, it has been such a long time since I have done anything with it, that even if I had, I probably wouldn't remember it. So without further ado, here is my issue:So my question is this:
I have a Droid Razr Maxx HD, System Version: 9.18.94.XT926, Android Version 4.1.2, and as stated above, it is rooted, nothing extra done to it yet, just stock.
I downloaded motopocalypse from
and ran it, and this is what it told me (using screenshots): Pic #1:Pic #2:
My Phone Said this while on the bootloader screen:
AP Fastboot Flash Mode (S)
10.9B(*) (sha-le9f557, 2013-9-25 16:26:59)
Device is LOCKED. Status Code: 0
Battery OK
Transfer Mode:
USB Connected
Fastboot Reason: Reboot to bootloader
usb connected
The phone then reboots, without being unlocked My drivers are all fully up to date, as I just updated them today, I have root, USB debugging is checked, developer mode is on, so all the prerequisites have been met as far as I can tell, but perhaps I am missing something? If I am doing anything wrong, please let me know, or if you have any tips, it would be greatly appreciated. Or, if I truly am stuck till the end of time, with a locked bootloader, then please, scorn me forever for my initial stupidity way back when the 4.1.2 update came out. As for why I want the unlocked bootloader, it is because I wanted to experiment with CyanogenMod 11 which I found . Thanks so much in advance for your time in reading this, and your replies and help, if you need any more info in order to be able to help me, let me know. Ja ne

it never gets past the waiting for device (on the second part where it displays bootloader variables) and I can't finish the process
EDIT: Nvm My computer says SOMETHING wasn't installed properly and it was the phone in Fastboot! I hate my computer now but anyways its fixed!

Back from the dead....motoapocalypse is working again on the Kit Kat build for at least the RAZR HD and very likely the M, as well. Upgrade to Kit Kat build 183, use towel root to root that bad boy, and motoapocalypse to *UNLOCK YOUR FREAKING PHONE*! That's right, the TZ partition with the vulnerability is BACK, baby, so don't delay. DO IT NOW!
