I am from India and have 65.1.40.XT910.AsiaRetail.en03 installed on my phone... my question is which ICS rom can I install? really desperate for ICS rom

Yes they are. If you look towards the top you can see the navigation to it:

Droidrzr.com -> Droid Razr Mods[GSM/international]-> Droid Razr Roms

GSM/International = xt910

CDMA (US) = xt912

welcome to the Android family. please be careful while flashing your phone. make sure you know what you are doing and ask as many question as you want

ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR BATTERY IS OVER 80% BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT ANYTHING
