WELL GUYS!! I think the conversion ket search is no more needed.....You can get the RAZR MAXX simple in GSM now....Check out motorola website! All of Europe and Middle east, getting the Razr MAXX GSM in MID MAY, SOURCE: CLOVE TECHNOLOGIES! U can pre order is there as well, it come up to as much as a droid Razr maxx will have costed without contract...So rest of the countries of the world MAXX gsm will be available! I am saving up from now itself

That's no help to all the people that already have RAZRs and want the benefit of the extended battery life. It's not like I'm going to sell mine and get a new MAXX.

It's been well over a week since there was any update made available about a group purchase, I am assuming this has turned out to be fool's gold. I spoke to the shop last week and they seemed very overwhelmed by the response and to be honest I am not too keen on the idea of sending my phone out for who knows how long. Does anyone on this thread even know anyone who was able to order one? I went to the site within 30 minutes of it hitting Engadget and they already had the "no more pre-orders" announcement on their site...looks like it's time to find other options.
