You should probably check with the seller to make sure the antenna component they are using is identical or at least compatible with the overseas/GSM version. It may be a different antenna assembly used in their phones since it is using different frequencies, modulation, etc.

the $110 is just the package price. Then theres tax + shipping.

When I went to preorder it on their site earlier this week, it came out to $127 shipped to CA. Too much IMO

Are you sure about this? I have two razrs from ebay on ny account, when activated i asked verizon and they said yes and put insurance on them.. if not i want my $ back iv been paying for last several months!

When I bought my Droid X from Craigslist, they wouldn't let me insure it. They told me I couldn't insure any phone I didn't buy directly from them or an authorized partner. I would like to be proven wrong, so I can do this in the future.

Just wanted to see if anyone knows if old case that you buy from verizon will still fit after the upgrade. (case is the one that slides straight into holster with glass facing inside and holster swivles.)thanks

I'm starting to wonder if the vendor would even offer a group buy at this point. If these are selling so well they can't keep them in stock, why would they offer a group buy? We may have to wait until things die down before a GB is offered. Of course, this is pure speculation, hopefully it will happen soon.

So i did some digging and found another supplier selling replacement parts.

I received the parts yesterday and the conversion looks stock. I paid just under $80 including ship/taxes.
