Just extract it. Open RSD Lite. Browse to the folder. And there should only be one file in there you can chose to flash.Does anyone have steps for the use of this SBF with RSD lite?

You will have to find the right fast boot files for your version, download and it extract it and then point rsd lite to the XML file from it. Also make sure you have the motodev drivers loaded so that rsd recognizes your device.
