Just extract it. Open RSD Lite. Browse to the folder. And there should only be one file in there you can chose to flash.

I cant get back into AP boot mode though.

It will bootloop on red logo but when i try to get into recovery (power + vol up + vol down) it will just go back to bootlooping.

Any other ways to get into recovery or flash fastboot?

Hi I have kinda soft bricked my razr...to top it all i do not have a backup
currently i am stuck on the ap fast boot screen, no matter what i do i come back to this. I cant even perform fast boot as its says battery low....what do i do...? can someone please help..
this is what i get on my screen

You are going to have to flash via RSD lite to unbrick your razr. Try plugging your phone into the wall adapter for like 12 hours as that may give you enough battery to perform the flash.

You will have to find the right fast boot files for your version, download and it extract it and then point rsd lite to the XML file from it. Also make sure you have the motodev drivers loaded so that rsd recognizes your device.

you need a factory cable, search for razr factory cable on google you might find how to make your own.

Yep factory cable is the only thing that will help now.

I have given the phone to moto tech i know, may be he has a factory cable, if not i will have to order it myself and sort it out..
