Verizon DROID RAZR HD 4.1.2 Fastboot Firmware:
Filesize: 614 MB (644,349,440 bytes)
Use RSD Lite 6.1.4 to flash:
I've tried every ROM on the site listed and none of them work. Every one hangs immediately after the first setup phone screen and all of them leave me without a baseband.

Never heard of that. Sounds like possible hardware issue....does everything work on Stock
EDIT you meant on stock if you used those files.....probably hardware then

The message is just a logo file so without looking at Matts script, I would think yes it will remove the message. If not, then you can just flash the logo yourself to remove the message.

The link to Droid-Developers SBF only has the RAZR HD's firmwares. Is that ok to use on the Maxx HD? A little noob to the Motorola way of Android. Thanks for you replies.

Failed TZ means you are trying to flash backwards in security. Can't be done. Gotta flash at least what the last stock version was..

Many folks go to the device specific page and they have not updated those lately, so the newer builds are actually posted on the home page.
