I didn't use the utility so I'm not exactly sure but the directions are pretty straight forward .

You do have a razr m correct? You ran the motopocalypse option  in the utility. It installed the app on your phone then opened it and followed the directions. Also you did not install the newest ota?

You do have debugging checked in developer options right?  What did you unzip the files with I've heard 7zip and others don't unzip completely. Try redownloading and use winrar

DO NOT USE THIS UTILITY ON THE LATEST 4.1.2 OTA UPDATE.

On Vacation might be able to update next week when I have a computer with good internet.

I took the latest update on my Razr HD (9.18.79) and I'm seeing the same problem.  The key problem I believe is the write to the TrustZone:

[+] TrustZone target address resolved to 2a020a02
[-] TrustZone write failed: -11.

I should of started playing with this last week.  I probably lost all hopes of unlocking now :-/

I've been trying to use the utility to get my phone back to stock (I'm bad at this stuff so try and put up with me), So i hit 1 and it goes through and does its thing with a bunch of FAILED showing up as it goes on through. It says preflash validation failed. In the end it says 4.1.1 is installed and it will reboot and install what it needs etc...then continues to boot loop. What should I do? Also I have run both 1.10 and 1.20 (just because why not and im convinced this is all voodoo magic) and neither woks. Also the screen i am stuck on is the one with the droid vore and the lightning loops over and over and over again. it's been going on a couple of hours now so...help?

You are using an older version of firmware in this utility than what is currently on your device. Get the proper fxz and go read thru the house of moto thread.

Utility 1.20 is also outdated.  All your "voodoo" could turn your device into a brick if you're not  careful.
