Are you on 4.1.1 or 4.1.2? If I remember correctly utility 1.10 was for 4.1.1. If you're on 4.1.2 with a locked boot loader, you'll not be able to downgrade with this utility.

I unlocked using the original exploit, I don't think the app was even released yet. You could try that. Here's a link to Dan's blog, with instructions and a download link to his utility...

Did it reboot into boot loader mode? Once the phone is unlocked you'll know, because the splash screen on startup will display a huge text warning

Did you try pushing enter at that point? I believe that's where you want to be. I'm trying to remember. Its been a while since I did it, and after the initial unlock there was no reason to try again. Lol

I just saw your other thread... Which system version are you on?

If you took the newest update that just rolled out, you may be out of luck with unlocking. I haven't heard of anyone unlocking the boot loader on the newest update, it may have been patched

Alright, a couple more things to try after reading a little on this thread

Are you using the "enter" key? It matters.

Are you on the stock moto build on the stock slot?

Is your superuser updated and current?

There are two utilities for the m posted here. 1.10, which is the thread we are in. Its the older utility, for RAZR M 4.1.1. RAZR M utility 1.20 is updated with newer content, like restore for 4.1.2 as well as the motopocalypse boot loader unlock and motochopper root exploit I believe. Matt is pretty good about releasing a new utility with every update we get. He's an awesome dude like that.

If you're on 4.1.2 (not this weeks updated version) I would use matt's RAZR M 1.20 utility and do a full restore on your phone, reroot, update your superuser to current, and try again. That would eliminate any other variables you have that could be preventing you from unlocking. Or, if you have a stock nandroid, restore it, which would essentially do the same thing (provided you haven't altered it before you made the backup). I would also uninstall safestrap at that point prior to trying to unlock. I'm not sure if that makes a difference, but that's the way I did it and I've been unlocked since about an hour after the exploit was released lol.

well that would be the plan, already downloading it and just going to wait and see and do the steps your saying to take and if that doesn't work, I'll try to keep my root and just abuse what I can.

If your unlocking the BL just use that option then install a custom recovery
