If you just need to factory reset, you can do that in recovery or in settings/privacy/ factory data reset. Now if you need to flash stock firmware, no. Go to the House of Moto thread and follow the op.

Yeah, but I removed some system applications, getting ready for the 4.4 ota.

Yeah, but I removed some system applications, getting ready for the 4.4 ota.

This utility still won't work because it's for an older system version.  You need to use RSD or HoM and flash the most current FXZ to restore your system.
