In Settings > Location Access do you have "Access to my location" turned on, as well as the three check boxes underneath checked off?

Yes I did, just rebooted and it works!!!

Thanks for checking, it suddenly started behaving. No reboots or anything.
Just an FYI, there is a 1% battery mod that works

Thanks for the link. Installed 1% and toggles and all appear to be working.

Update. After flashing the 1% and toggles which seemed to work great. I noticed my phone stayed warm while just setting on the table and was using about 20% battery power per hour.
Has anyone else noticed this?

Notification toggles app has a 1% battery mod. Ive also installed the Pie Launcher (or whatever its called). Everything seems to work pretty good, including the 1% battery reporting.

I only flashed the 1% battery. No heat issues here.

I flashed the battery mod alone & have no issues at all. Try wiping cache/dalvik. Worst comes to worst, the op of that thread has a revert you can flash to see if it settles down.

No you need to be on the 98.72.16 Version Kernel. Did you update to the JB OTA on your stock side? Did you use the Compatibility tool to get on Jellywiz??

No I haven't updated to the JB leak on my stock side....its been s long since I've dome that I can't remember what to do. No I didn't use compatibility tool to get on jellywiz

Well you can't run this rom til you update. Use this tool

. Use option 1 which will wipe your data. Then you can use the same tool to root, install safestrap and then you can load up this rom

Actually.... you can install on ROM slot if you run this tool to change the kernel. (You will need to change kernel to whichever 08 or 16 based rom you will be running.)

Good to know. I was not sure if the tool worked in reverse like that. Thanks for the clarification.

Ok I went back and wiped cach and dalvik, reflashed rom and wiped again then installed 1% battery only without the toggles.Heat and battery drain issues are gone and things are back to normal again and I have 1% battery. :)

I noticed that when I was having the heat/battery issue my GPS icon and data arrows were staying on. Maybe flashing the toggles did something that kept the GPS on all the time? I used the deodexed version and wiped cach and dalvik before all installs so that wasn't the issue.

I like the stock browser also. Can you point me to a step by step instruction to do this? Thanks.
