. Use option 1 which will wipe your data. Then you can use the same tool to root, install safestrap and then you can load up this rom

OK. Thank you. I am going to try it but I am super nervous I might mess something up...I wish there was a video that I could follow so that I know 100% that I don't screw anything up. Are other any videos that you know about?

My dearest apologies, I put the su binary in the wrong spot while updating the apps. I'm uploading a fix as I type this.

It's coming in the form of a new rom. If you already have r1 installed, go into adb shell and try this:

After the first line you should see the prompt change you to the root user. If not, then I was wrong and you'll have to download and flash r2. Terribly sorry guys :x

There are no videos that I am aware of. Just take it one step at a time. Do a bunch of reading in that thread before you start. If you run into issues just start a new thread and we will help you. Just make sure you are at 100% battery before starting anything.

As long as you follow the instructions, you'll be fine. As long as your battery is fully charged, there's nothing you can do that flashing back to stock won't fix

it looked like a few people started the download before it finished uploading. I saw 5 downloads when the file size was at 255, now its up where it should be around 288 mbytes.

I would assume not, since so far the only mod that's claimed is the JB Circles launcher. For Jelly Bean, working tether is definitely something I would brag about in the OP.

Go past boot then says text message apk has stopped then I can choose English then please wait while loads could take few minutes
Circle spins and spins but nothing after that
I've done all wipes format and system
Not my first flash so I do everything the same when trying new ROM

+ Same thing happens with me.
edit: Went back & deleted slot, made it a 2g. slot, wiped, reinstalled & wiped cache/dalvik. Rebooted & everything works.

I just did a fresh install and managed to get through the installer like normal. I'll keep my eyes peeled though.

Google now location service is not working. I can not get any weather I turn it on and keeps saying location service is off. Otherwise ROM is great!!!

In Settings > Location Access do you have "Access to my location" turned on, as well as the three check boxes underneath checked off?
