- Cleaned up the rom a little bit (debloating, etc)
- Updated Superuser
- Fixed SmartActions for locations
Still liking your default rom (before I add my own apps/customization stuff) over anything else blur-based I've tried!

Nice Rom, you got both aspects that I look for, Circle Widgets and just one home screen with quick toggles to swipe to.

I know this is kind of silly in its own way, but r7 with its additional "cleaning" is a larger .zip than your previous release. It's 1mb, but kind of funny to me.
That's because I had to add an apk I previous debloated in order to fix SmartActions, but I also removed more Backup Assistance garbage.

Trying this rom for the first time, grabbed version 7 ... reading through the posts here, I'm glad to see a 1% battery link, and the og browser as well. The only issue I'm seeing right now, and maybe it just needs to settle for awhile, and maybe a reboot .. but its lagging alot for me anyways ... slow screen draws and etc. Going to bed, so I'll do a reboot in a few hours and see if it doing better.

Give it some time, it needs to settle down after a fresh install

One app I run(install) after any new install( or upgrade) of a rom is Busy box. I liken it to doing a defragmentation of your PC drivesTrying this rom for the first time, grabbed version 7 ... reading through the posts here, I'm glad to see a 1% battery link, and the og browser as well. It did, and is running better. only problem I'm having, as someone mentioned after my posting ... getting apps from Play Store ... for example "google chrome to phone" just sits there ... rebooted with the same senario ... says downloading, but its not and just sits. I actually came here to see if something was posted about downloads, and sure enough, someone else is having the problem too, so at least it aint just me :-)
Took the advice about BusyBox ... that too same senario from the play store ... just sits ...
I did some researching, clearing the cache of the google play store, and clearing data from download manager, and rebooted, and the downloads began working again.
Could be a coincidence.

Alright, I've never used logcat but I'll give it a shotThe RAZR i launcher didn't change anything that would affect the Play Store. I'm still waiting for someone to send me a logcat so I can narrow down the issue...

I keep getting this message saying crystallographic module verification failed when I install and boot the ROM. I did the full wipe including system. I have created new rom slot etc. I'm using slot 3 at the momeny. Do I have to use 1?. I've been running other ROMs like fast jelly etc. Any suggestions?
Sorry, I got your PM but forgot to reply. Since this is a stock ROM, it doesn't matter which slot you install it in. Make sure the md5 of your download matches the one in the OP. Also make sure you're on Safestrap 3.11.

And how would you guys feel if I replaced some of the standard Blur apps with their AOSP alternatives (such as email, messaging, etc)?

That sounds fine to me! AOSP is always good IMO!Hopefully no one will hate me for this, but in r8 I'm doing a bit more debloating (removing built-in live wallpapers, some motobloat, anything that you can get from the market). Does anyone actually use the Tasks app, and if so would it be a deal-breaker if I got rid of it (I think Google Keep does a much better job anyway).
