If team gummy has switched to building on the leak ics kernel, you will need to install a leak inorder to boot any of their roms for that kernel. You will never get the phone to boot using GB kernel for a ICS kernel rom.
Unless it is an all in one updater.... Which would probably be what they would do considering all of us are on the gb kernel.

Most people at this point are on a leak kernel and running roms for the leak. Since our razr has a locked bootloader don't think you'll be able to flash a ics kernel in a custom rom. For the pure entertainment of it I'll back up my koa rom I'm happily running and flash a stupid catand see if it will load if it does gummy now works for the ics kernel if not then they have a compiling error

Heyyyy I need some help, I was flashing 1.2.3 and all was alright, but when I started to configure my google account the razr reboot itself and now I can only see the freaking cat without OS start. :S
Go back into recovery and wipe data and cache.

Oh I understand your issue now. For future reference, if you need to reboot your Razr since you can't pull the battery, just hold down power and volume down for 8 seconds and it'll force a hardware reboot. =)

is this for 6.12.173 US verizon version?
Yes, it also works with the new OTA as well. So you might as well install it from the new one so you can use the new radio.

Is team gummy no longer creating updating the rom for the spyder?
I believe they are working on a version for the leaks now. It might take a while before something is released.

Quick question, is it safe to fastboot back to stock from 1.0.1 if I just went from a new stock Razr to 1.0.1?
