People keep bringing up the same issues every page...
Well sure. Until those same ppl read and understand that there are several things that cannot be fixed on this build until we get either an official kernel to use with it or someone builds one that works, it will stay that way. Many things about how this works hinge upon whether or not hardware acceleration is working and with this so far, it is not. Give them time and space and it will be worth the wait. They are working constantly to tame this sharp edge named tiger. =)

Mine usually defaults to GSM. I need to toggle it back n fourth from cdma and lte/cdma and eventually I'll get non roaming cell service and my 3g will come on. We do not have 4g yet in our area.Does data come on with boot?

I had a he'll of a run last week. I fastbooted back to 173, tried installing aokp for grins and giggles, it worked ok for 12 hours then it lost all data, I then tried gummy 1.0.1 over it, still couldn't get data (did a full wipe). Ended up restoring my trusty .95 nandroid and everything is stable. I had previously tried upgrading the .95 to 1.0.0 and had data problems. I think I'm forever stuck on .95

I dont want to have to do another clean install. Any suggestions?

Did you set up vibration in message settings? Also try picking notification sound in message setting also. Never had a problem. From gummy.9 to 4-22 nightly I'm on now.Vibrate for texts still doesn't work.
