It looks like you aren't giving the data script time to connect to 3g. You need 3g or a wifi connection to do the set up. If you let it sit and it never connects, and you can get past the set up and to your homescreen, you can check in settings, more, Mobile networks, Network mode and make sure it is set to LTE/CDMA. Also, try dialing *#*#4636#*#* and choosing information. Make sure it is set to GSM/CDMA auto (prl). If it all looks good, but still isn't connecting you can try a reboot. Just let it sit for a minute after the reboot before you touch it. If you rush it sometimes it causes issues and the data won't connect.

huh never seen this one... can anyone else confirm?

Okay. When I try to answer a call sometimes, it will act like it answers, but the call will not connect and it will not let me close the phone app. Then I'll try locking then unlocking my phone, but instead of having an unlock screen, it'll just try answering the call again! It's really weird. But the bigger issue right now is that it happened to me this morning, but instead of being able to close after a while, com.android.phone crashed. Now it keeps crashing every 3 seconds. It even happens after rebooting! I have also tried clearing the phone app and cache. Also tried wiping the cache partition in recover (Not sure if that'd do anything) I also tried uninstalling the phone system app and installing again, but that did not work. It prevents me from messaging as well! I had to return to my unsafe system because I couldn't fix the problem. Please let me know if you can offer some help.

Did you reflash since your error started happening every 3 seconds?

Nope. Hadn't done anything. Just using my phone like usual.

I just updated to the new 0.9.0 a couple minutes ago. The phone still seems to be broken. Not sure what the problem is.

If you mean the capacitive buttons and not the ICS softkeys, you should just be able to reboot. They will be off then until you toggle Auto Brightness or adjust your brightness level.

Put your finger on the statusbar and hold it for a second. Then slowly slide your finger along the statusbar. It takes a little bit to get used to. Sent from my GUMMY RAZR

Check under Settings > Display > Brightness. Make sure Auto Brightness is unchecked.
