Yes I did, and changed the default launcher to ADW in hopes of getting it working.

Just to let you know, wiped, cache, dalvik, formated system, factory wiped and installed, thats the way I roll when flashing new roms.Stupid question time... did you wipe properly? And what launcher are you using?

Have you tried rebooting? It should be necessary for Baltic feedback, but our phones can be hateful sometimes.

I have rebooted numerous times and in fact I have noticed the same behavior in multiple ICS roms.

I don't want to sound like I am talking down to you but... Sometimes the haptic is crazy soft. Try touching the capacitive buttons or softkeys again and pay really, really close attention. It may just be that they are vibrating too soft for you to notice.

Alright so it is vibrating very soft. The net result is I can't tell when i'm hitting a button so is there any way to extend the vibration time and or intensity?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that Flash is not supported on ICS for any phone. I guess Adobe finally gave up the goat and said all hale to HTML5.
