The OP said the front facing camera isn't working, however, I got it to at least display something through it for a few seconds. Trying to set up a face lock will not initialize it though it seems.
I was a SUPER big fan of the DSPManager on my original Droid, but I can't notice a single change for any of the effects when I mess with it using Winamp. Not sure if it only works for certain apps or not.

The #1 thing I look for is stability, and besides the few camera/netflix issues that were listed in the OP, the ROM is speedy, stable, and most importantly... a legit ICS experience. Not just a skin or theme, but the real deal.
Thanks again to the Devs. I just have to say that the development community for Android is awesome. Now I can give a big middle finger to big red's ever-changing (delaying) "timetable" for an ICS update.

Edit: found the post about my VZW but still curious about Smart Actions

What should the cpu governer be set to? I have it set to "performance" and I'm still getting lag when going through home screens. Using apex launcher.
I have mine set to hotplug. Not mot_hotplug, just hotplug. It zips and I don't have any data issues at except home, but that's because it's really hit or miss out here sometimes.
Is there any way to get smart actions working on here? And also my verizon?

Smart Actions won't work on any of the ICS builds we have. There are a few options on the market, like Tasker and Locale (Tasker will use Locale plugins too), but both of those are paid.
You could check out Llama it's free.

Kejar, I asked a few posts back but didn't get a reply. Anyway are there plans for flash support and VZW apps.

What vzw app are you wanting to use? I know my verizon works. I'm assuming flash has something to do with hardware acceleration and video playback issues so that probably won't be fixed until we get a leak.

No, I have no plans on supporting VZW apps.. Unlike Liberty this is full on AOSP and VZW apps (other than what can be found in the market) will not work.

P.s. I am also wondering why it booted into recovery fine, but than it didn't automatically go into recovery when I manually rebooted the phone as it has been doing for me in previous times. If it did go into recovery, I would have a few more options such as the reflashing the ROM with having to fastboot
