I have absolutely zero regrets over giving away my GNex and keeping the Razr Maxx... This phone kicks rear end even with Blur on it...

Well I don't think I could give my GNex up but I def enjoy using the razor..

My impressions so far... compared to the nexus.

The Razr has a better build quality a better camera and just overall feels like a higher quality device.. the non maxx version is light as hell and feels great in my hands..

The GNex has a better and larger screen and is smoother overall with ics (although this will change when motor releases a proper ics build and we get proper hardware acceleration)

When on the page w/gapps listed there is a chart that can help choose which one. 20120304 is the one you want i believe

Hmm ran into an issue.

This happened in 8.1 and now 8.2 also.
After a handful of reboots the phone loses service. No 3g/4g and I can't make phone calls. Wifi works fine though.

I've tried clearing cache, rebooting, and going in/out airplane mode.

Since everything was working fine until about 30 minutes ago I think it's safe to say it wasn't an improper rom load.
I'll try a hard reset and see what happens.

Going to flash this tomorrow morning... for those getting any data drop issues, I'm not sure who said it but someone over at droidhive mentioned it had to do with the kernel and CPU clock speed... something about the minimum being lower on the razr kernel. Seems as though a few people there have fixed the data drops by downloading setcpu or another clocking app and changing the governer to on demand and changing the minimum clock speed to 600. Again I have not personally verified any of this nor is it my idea but it seems to he working well on axiom that way!

Well no need for setcpu as you can use the performance settings but I will give a shot at what you said...

.8.2 is some good stuff. No data problems at all. I get data on boot every time. Best version so far.

Moved on to the LG G2 on VZW and lovin it!

with .8.1 I was able to get the softkeys to stop staying on whenever the screen was on by toggling autobright on and off. Does not work for me on .8.2. Any thoughts? How much of a battery drain are the softkeys staying lit all the time cause?

Flashed .8.2 today. I still can't get the Home key to work, and there's no lock screen. What am I missing?

RAZR No Longer.  Currently running the LG G2 and HTC One (M8)

Time for Moto to update the line!

I know you have probably tried dang near everything you can think of to get this running. I had a slight issue the first time with the home key as well. I actually got everything working fine by booting into recovery, wiping everything/format system then flashing. Before rebooting, I did the exact same steps and when everything was done and rebooting, all we well again with no issues. I hope this helps.

Thank you, Kejar. Fast smooth ROM.

Running 8.2:
after i put phone in airplane mode, I can't use hold down power to take it out of airplane mode. it's greyed out. then I go to settings, uncheck airplane mode, bit it's still in airplane mode. I need to reboot.

Also, is flash player in browser or dolphins working fory anyone? Not for me.

Thank you!

If you want my Verizon just take the apk out of /system/app on stock 173.
Place it in /system/app in gummy and set permissions.
Reboot.
Enjoy.

Some of the others like vcast will work this way too. Some of the stock system apps won't because they need blur.

My phone keeps rebooting also... and my wifi won't turn on at all. It worked one time, then rebooted and stopped altogether!????
