Keeping an eye on the radar - the one (out of 5!) warnings that occurred in the middle GA area has spawned a very nice hook that is closing on itself as it approaches my location directly.
This is gonna be fun.

I'm doing the Taimen first. Have Bliss installed, connected it and ran HoG - recognized the device - nice! downloaded platform tools - nice! Gonna install the Jan Pie Update on it, then go back and install the Feb OTA.

OK, so it even detected that I am not in BL mode lol. Very nice!

I'm gonna find every way to break this thing that I can lol.
OK, so trying to restore my TWRP full backup isn't going so well. So, I've decided to manually flash both slots using the full system image that I have.
No worries.

I think that might have been caused by the existence of a previous instance of HoG that got hidden on my desktop. /ignore
It's actually caused by the prompt that the system gives for adb devices if USB debugging is one but the device has not been set to automatically accept the authorization from a particular device. I just always hit OK, because I so rarely use USB debugging so if I don't tell it to always accept, it throws that exception error up.

Ummm something is very wrong with that image. You need to verify that it extracted the contents correctly cause that's MAJORLY f***ed and isn't something the tool can cause unless the files aren't extracted properly.

Basically it's not flashing one of your files that DIDN'T EVER EXIST in previous devices. I'm going to need some time to fix it.

FWIW, the HoN wouldn't have flashed it properly either. I'm going to have to think about this one.

This is fixed in the next version. I forgot that adb doesn't just return nothing when there's no device connected. Which is essentially what your scenario ended up being. I had meant to test that scenario (no device connected) before I released it and forgot.

Ummm, I just looked at the taimen image. There's nothing "extra" there. It's a straight forward flash just like all the google images. I've NO idea why your taimen isn't playing nice but I'm not sure there's a lot I can do about it.

I'm taking the Taimen out of the loop for now. I've got to have it back up before tomorrow, so I'll need to manually flash the stock system and restore it OTA, I suppose.
Shamu is always gonna be available for testing though.

I've not uploaded it yet. I was making dinner. adb debugging isn't the real issue. The real issue is what adb returns when no devices are found (a symptom of your debugging not enabled issue) wasn't handled properly. I fixed that in my latest version.
