Icons are done using desktop visualizer. It creates widgets that are resizable. Can also resize stock app icons. The side and bottom icons are simi folder. The clock doesn't fit, but it was what I had easily available, set it up for something else. It is one more clock widget, tweaked.
This setup is very functional. I only run one home screen. Swipe gestures for status bar and app drawer, multiple tap options in clock, most used apps on screen, and folders for easy access to the rest.
