I'd guess hes running one of the aokp roms and no battery mod (that battery is available in the settings)

Thach is running the Droid HD rom Kebob is building. That is the battery built in to the rom.

I'm running Matts Droid HD rom. The battery is stock on the rom.

Kebob and Matt have not posted a official release yet that I know of. I have been testing it though and its super fantastic and these development have done a beautiful job on it. Follow Matt on twitter for the latest.
