I watched the video on YouTube forgot what it's called something like how to set up your Android like a super boss. Downloaded the stuff moved it to internal memory then set it all up. He's using nova launcher in the video so if you use it you can restore the backup he gives you but I'm using apex so I had to set it all up manually. It's not hard just time consuming to get everything in the right spot and invisible. You need minimal text widget, uccw and a couple other things to get it set up.

Try a launcher? Also I would get rid of the my verizon since you have unlimited data... just a thought
