I know you were asking him but, we've talked about it before and, unless something has changed, he uses Photoshop. I started using it a while back on some of my screens as well.

I take the pic from the phone and use Photoshop to add it to the back ground. witch is the phone.

Thats all. If you wantapps used just ask Ill let you know what I did do make it.

The Miui Clock I made my self. Calender is mClock, the Icons in the corner came from XDA forums, and app that I used to but them there are Desktop VisualizeR. Thats my best buddy!

I like my setup blue with Widget Locker, Apex Pro, and a Theme Chooser blue theme, forgot which one. I am on AOKP and like the transparent status bar. Making icons, thats why the camera icon looks crappy right now, just seeing if the colors matched up.
