Clock, which is a mash up of "Clock_200301" and "ICS" links, on one half, to Lightning Bug and, on the other, "Alarm Clock Xtreme."
Phone with sticky note bring up the dialer and show missed call count.
On the TV, the current temp links to forecast and the weather icon links to RADAR.
The "Icon Rug" on the floor (I made it part of the wallpaper) has a transparent 4x2 widget over it on each screen, with corresponding hot spots.
The Monet painting links to Quickpic (a gallery-type app)
Camera= Camera (duh...)
Sleek brand (by 50 Cent) headphones link to Google Play Music
Facebook homescreen on the TV, of course, links to the Facebook app.
The eye chart, made up of a long string of "netspeak" such as OMG, WTF, STFU, etc, links to Text messages.
The globe links to Chrome.
The Ron Paul speech on TV, links to GReader.
The lamp links to TeslaLED flashlight app.
The wall mounted letter holder links to Gmail. Also shows an email count at the top.
The Android Jelly Bean jar links to the Play Store.
The Nexus 7 links to Root Explorer.
Finally, the light switch brings up Quick Boot.

OH! Almost forgot! That app drawer icon, riding the couch cushions, links to... wait for it... the app drawer!! :D

LMAO! Thanks dude! First time I've done anything like this. But yes, I did in fact have an excess of time on my hands, with four days off from work.

Edit: And for the record, I STILL found time to walk my dog through the neighborhood AND get all the yard work done! :D

Thanks man! Every single widget was done using Ultimate Custom Clock Widget (UCCW). That, of course, was after creating or modifying all the images (CS5) for use in each widget.

Wow! Thanks again! I've seen similarities in some other screen shots but, I have no idea whether or not they put in as much work as I have into this setup. Maybe... Maybe not. Either way, I have to say I worked hard on this one and I'm proud of it. :)

You seem pretty talented, you should think about making a theme for that, maybe even selling it on the market... people would pay money to have their phones like that

I wouldn't even know where to begin, or if it's even possible, to make this into a user friendly, downloadable theme. There is so much involved with getting things right with this. A lot of "move this to the right a couple of pixels and lower it by three. Now back out and go check it, only to see you have to do the same thing again." lol It's tedious as hell. :)
