It is mostly Linux/Unix based commands, but you can find some powerful/undocumented Windows commands as well.

I hope that someone finds these useful, feel free to share (none of it is mine anyway!)

There are tons of resources there, including tutorials (Beginner, intermediate and advanced), articles (grouped by proficiency level and function) and forums.

 

It's really a one-stop shop for all things *nix.

The best book I have is called Fedora Linux Toolbox. It has over a thousand cli commands organized by categories and explains what they arts and why to use them.

It's primarily for Fedora, Cent OS, and Red Hat Enterprise. Some of the commands are cross platform since all Linux distros ate built from Unix architectures.
