Except for no boot animation, right?  I figure I'll just pull the current boot ani or the 2.7 one and drop it in.  I'd be too nervous to not have one when I rebooted with these Kexec ROMs.

Believe the black one is called "blackout cm 10 theme". While betterbean has different colors you can choose. "Betterbean cm10 theme blue" is a lot like the version of carbon or liquids. Hope that helped. Cheers.

ah good ole Milski... whew.  So do you know if 2.9 is on CM 10.1.2 base?  I am running CM in slot 1 atm but my crashflasher trigger finger is getting itchy...

As I posted earlier, I didn't see it mentioned in the changelog.  I'm assuming it's 10.1.  Go ahead and flash it.  You may finding yourself liking it :)
