Agreed, I just wish this ROM would receive some more love. Incremental fixes like working native camera flash are things that keep making me stray.

We may be in luck. Team sts Web page has a build log and change log (which mentions camera flash fix) for 3/28 but no rom yet
Edit: the changelog is quite hefty. It seems the inverted stuff is coming back too. Woo!

I have decided to explore. Checked out avatar rom and it was fun, now checking out Pacman rom and playing around. Both great roms but both slot 1s

Where's avatar? I tried Pacman but didn't like it, especially the settings screen that was split into 2 columns... It seemed fairly snappy but also seemed kind of frankenROM-ish, even though they said it wasn't... I felt it was a little too much shoved into one place.

Yeah, Pacman is kinda neat and definitely a different take on what is the same old same old. Fun to mess around.

As for avatar, I'd recommend checking it out. I posted a link in this section for it. It's miui and cm put together, with lots of theme abilities. Very smooth with animations opening app drawer, unlocking, etc. Definitely dd material.

And as for this beloved liquid, curiously the changeling was again updated to 3/29 but still no rom. I do find myself using this as a fallback, first jb rom to take that position on my bionic (sorry eclipse and ics in general) I just love having everything up so I can do all the stuff I want to so easily.

Yep running now. Text app has been pimped out, dark theme is back (makes stuff dark black instead of grey-ish) Camera flash works and the kernel has a funny little thing it the name. All this among other small changes. The changelog lists changes to a number of specific devices, including Targa

Rom locked up on me earlier today after I changed batteries. Battery pull fixed it.

:(

Don't get me wrong, I still love this ROM, it is currently my daily driver. Everything I need (I don't use speakerphone nor bt very often) works perfectly. I'm even on a trial separation from GoSMS, which I've used for years - I like the new native messaging that much so far.
