Nightlies are just whatever got done that day. Nothing says any given one will even be stable.
Yeah I don't understand the change log either. Probably makes sense to devs. Kinda looks like a literal change log like every line of code that's different from the previous compilation.

Actually I noticed there's a user change log with a bit dumbed down language and I can make it out for the most part
