I'm having the same problems you are, and I'm on the ac!d version. Bad download? Bad flash?

I think after wiping system data/factory reset , wiping cache we need to reboot the recovery and then mount the system and flash the rom?

I did all of those steps and flashed AC!D and got the same power menu that evocop displayed.

Awesome, patiently waiting. :D I'll hold off on re-flashing then until you work the magic. If you decide it wasn't a rom issue just say so and I'll reflash adding in the recovery reboot prior to mounting system. To recap issues I have had!

-power menu 2nd option is not reboot
-OTA error message invalid ROM

Hey man, I have found that it happens when flashing a 4.1.1 theme over a 4.1.2 base... If you update the theme it fixes the issue. PM me if you have any more questions... Great job here guys.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but with this particular ROM I get hung on the boot animation for quite awhile, seems if I let it sit it'll stay there for awhile (I let it sit for like 7-10 minutes already). I've tried wiping and flashing multiple times, rebooting recovery, and yes I'm making sure to wipe everything (twice) & internal data. Am I missing something? (Also, yes I'm mounting system)

I've tried several times on my own to figure out what I may be doing wrong, but needless to say I'm failing. :p Any advice or assistance is greatly appreciated. I've also tried re-downloading the zip. Not sure why my phone is choosing to give me problems on this one. :[

(If it makes a difference, though I don't think it would with me wiping -everything-, I'm coming from CM 10)

Recovery = TWRP

You need to flash the 4.1.2 boot.IMG , a baserom that has it, or restore a 4.1.2 backup then flash.

I had the same problem when coming from cm10. I had to use matts utility 1.2 to fastboot back to stock, re-root, flash recovery, I used cwm. Then re flashed rom after wiping and mounting. Hope this helps. I think it's just an issue when trying to flash from cm10.
