My phone gets warm too.

First time using Rage rom and I really like it so far! Thanks for the awesome work man!

Make sure your CPU isn't set to performance. That was the default setting on 3.0.(not sure about 3.1) Use ROM toolbox or no frills CPU to check. I use interactive or hot plug for mine.

Anyone install beats successfully? I think I read you have to uninstall DSP and Apollo then install beats. I also thought I read that you can reinstall DSP afterwards. Does beats have a music player built in? If not which are recommended? Thanks.

Great ROM thanks for all the hard work.  Though I'm having an issue that for me could be a deal breaker.  I am unable to view videos on

.  I have tried reflashing the ROM without luck.  The videos work fine in stock ROM, but when i flash this Rage ROM I am unable to load the videos.  I have tried stock browser, chrome and firefox all have the same issue under Rage, all browsers work in stock ROM.  I am able to load recorded videos and view videos on the web version of youtube.  Perhaps the videos on the mlb site are a different format that the plugin/driver didn't get loaded into this ROM?

Edit: Just found viewing videos in ESPN (though they come out in horrible quality) works ok, so seems its something unique to the mlb site with this ROM

Thanks that does work.  Though i would prefer to use the mobile site since its much easier to use on the phone, but in the mean time this is an alternative.

unfortunately that did not work, I totally uninstalled adblock with a reboot and still no luck

I would hazard a guess that your video site uses flash to play the video. The only .16 rom that plays flash is breakneck if I'm allowed to mention another rom in the rage forum. The stock odex and deodex .16 and all of the .8 roms play flash videos in the stock browser. If you are on a rom that doesn't support flash and you see a video playing then it most likely is in html5 format which is why you tube can play in your browser. So even if you have the latest flash plug in for the browser installed with rage flash videos willl not play. One suggestion I could make would be to download puffin browser free and try it out. The developers provide the flash support on their end rather than on the phone. If it works well for you,  you can purchase it. Then you have the other alternatives I mentioned.

I use Photon Browser for my flash games works great. Don't know if it will work on those videos but you can give it a shot. Nope that browser didn't work that's ridiculous that someone can come up with something that plays all these videos on these phones. Or that all format should be the same its just insane and I don't get it, I can't find any browser to work with that Major League Baseball site. If you can browse in the stock rom as you said there must be something possibly wrong with this ROM you could ask the developer to look into it.

Running Rage over clocked at 1375. Incredibly stable (no reboots). Running Pegasus and Soi for gov. and scheduler. I could never go over 1350 in all other previous ROMs ever! It really shows how stable Rage is.

Edit: I also almost always get top five in Antutu benchmark for the RAZR.

Its was long process the first time I tried. There is a thread in the hacks section. I followed those instructions and basically copied and pasted scripts from whirlyeyes xda thread into script manager to load the governors and such. Then once that went through successfully used set CPU to run a profile which only activates when the screen is turned on.

It took a few days as I am am amateur but well worth it!

Thanks for the info I am wondering about 1 thing. Do i just install the zip for the modules? And then get setcpu? Is there more to it than that?

There's definitely more to it. You have to use Set CPU or the over clock won't stick. First get the module zip and flash. Then use root explorer and give the files root permission. Then go in to the init.d file and copy and past the scripts from the xda thread in to a new script you create. Then run the scripts with boot and superuser checked. Sound confusing? Lol. If you read the thread it helps you through the process. I am a noob compared to those guys:ph34r:
