When using ROM Toolbox pro I can't seem to make the low speed stick to 600, it always drops back down to 300. Any one else have that problem?

I had problems getting kernel tweaks to stick so i wiped and reflashed 3.0. You might try that it worked for me.

can some one make the GSM patch for rage rom 3.1, i love this rom but i am with GSM version...

just a gsm patch, no need to make a whole GSM rom.

hello hick, thanks for that, i have made the GSM patch myself, and seems it's work for me, i have attached the download link in last post. Now i get internet and signal on my phone with RAGE V3.1 now.

Okay, so I've got a question about the updates through Goo.IM. Maybe this should go in the more general "needing help" section, but everytime I attempt to update through Goo.IM, here's what I get:

 

1. It shows that it is going to flash RageRom.zip

2. I click on Next or Ok, whatever the button is to proceed

3. A window pops up telling me that Superuser has closed

4. The phone reboots and comes back to the screen with the Android lying on his back with the front panel open and the Exclamation mark in the triangle symbol.

5. Do the three-finger salute to get my phone to reboot.

 

Help?

For those that are getting a force close when the camera opens.  Have you tried moving all the contents of the camera folder to another location?  I know this has plagued the CM10 roms running camera/gallery 4.2.2 and that was usually a fix for it.

Don't ever flash through goo manager! Reboot to safe strap and install zip on slot1. I am assuming you have safestrapv3.11 installed.

Snort; you can flash the update right over the existing version of rage no need to wipe

I flashed 3.1 yesterday and I LOVE all the features!!!!  I've noticed the following issues though:

1. When texting it doesn't always change from the arrow indicating it's sending to the date that it was sent until I send another text then it changes the arrow to the date sent on the one already sent, but the one just created still has the arrow.  The receiver has received it though.
2. The LTE/CDMA/EvDo setting doesn't stick.  I have to switch it every time I reboot.  This is the only issue that would keep this ROM from being my daily driver.
3. In the app drawer when i hit the settings button on the top right (3 vertical dots) or the menu button I can see the background in the notification bar, when i Back out it goes back to black.

Features I'd like to see:

1. I miss the ability to create custom groups in my app drawer.
2. An app to bring up alarms so I don't have to start the clock, then alarms, adding this to the notification toggles would be great as well as seen in the notification toggle app.

That's all for now.  Great ROM!! I've been looking for one that matches the stock one but with all the extra bells and whistles and this one is the best I've seen so far.  Keep up the good work!

I miss the ability to create custom groups in my app drawer.

Custom groups and tabs are an option that comes from particular Launcher apps. All the way through 3.0 Rage used Apex. I dirty flashed to 3.1, so I don't know if Apex was dropped or not. If you no longer have Apex, you can try any one of SEVERAL good launchers that have this ability. I prefer Nova myself, due to it being lighter on the system and faster internally (example changing a shortcut's icon).
