hey. Is there a way to add a "privacy" feature to the messaging app? So that it just pops up as "new message" and doesn't broadcast the contents of your message.

So I go to Goo manager and told it to check for updates and...... still said v2.8......WT????? Oh well went to the op and got it there. All four wipes or just the two?

the link's not in the goo updater directly; just search for hicks or spc hicks among the devs in the goo mgr tool…
that's how I got my 2.9 & major kudos to bdh for the update & especially not having to wipe data!!!

GO SMS has that feature.

It might be possible but that's a ton of work and a ton of code. I seriously would not have time to do all that.
