I did have some lag issues but I shut off CPUsleep and it's much better now. Not sure why but I turned it back on and it was fine but after an hour or so, it was laggy again. Shut if off and it was fine.

I have noticed the same thing. I had a little bit of lag, not much. Then I saw your post on this, so I too froze CPU sleeper. My phone has no lag now.

Of course it could just be in my mind.

The xda pie launcher LMT page is down. Does anyone have a copy of the LMT zip that they could post? Thank you in advance.

Have you tried Google'ing your request? I do not think Hicks has that laying around.

There are also a few different ways you can do that yourself. Do you have Titanium Backup of the Messaging app? I have previously successfully uninstalled and installed the Messaging app using Titanium.

You can also move it into your system folder and change permissions with a root explorer. I use ES File Explorer app.

I thought that too. I ended up turning it back on and notice lag today. I shut it off a little while ago and texting is much smoother and keyboard is smooth and no delay like I saw with CPUsleeper.

I was running breakneck blur. But since they started working on a CM10 ROM and stopped discussing the blur ROM in the blur ROM thread;I decided to give this one a go. Like it much better!!

I keep switching back and forth between this and breakneck, usually leaning towards here. Rage is a great rom, you won't be disappointed.

is the stock messaging app. I am too lazy to make a flashable update but you can just use Root Explorer or another method to delete the themed version in /system/app and replace it with this one (don't forget to set the proper permissions).

Has anyone heard from BDH lately? Has he gone into solitude, working on the next update? :)

If I want to pull the Tasks app (widget) out of stock maxx jelly bean and install it in Rage what are the steps? I managed to get the app in the data/app folder, but when I try to install it fails. Any help would be appreciated. Rage rocks, this is the only thing I am missing from stock. Thanks.

You could try backing up and restoring through Titanium Backup, or you could use a root explorer app to copy it over to your system/app folder. Not the data/app folder. Don't forget to change permissions to match folder contents.

I've had to do this on several ROMs. You'll need to install the stock moto email. Normally, you would need to uninstall the email and exchange app using TiBu, but for this ROM you can just flash this stock moto email zip and it should overwrite the existing app. Here it is:(PM me for a link to the flashable Stock Moto Email.zip)

EDIT: just for clarification, just download the zip file to your SD card and flash it in SS. Tasks will be in the widget selections. :)

LOL sorry guys! Here's what happened. A while ago I installed Ubuntu 12.04 on my laptop. I had issues with the wifi card in my laptop and couldn't connect to the internet. I finally figured out how to fix it and made sure I made a copy of the install instructions for my wifi drivers and everything was good. Eventually I had issues with my hard drive and had to buy a new one. Wanting to get all my stuff back, I reinstalled Windows 8.

Now to the present state. I wanted to get back on Ubuntu because I now have MOAR RAM (12GB). Well apparently something got updated in Ubuntu because now those instructions will not work. Every time I try to visit a website while connected to wifi, I get "kernel panic" and my entire computer freezes. Only solution to this is to shut my laptop down.

So what am I trying to do about it? Well first and foremost I'm trying to fix Ubuntu, however, if that doesn't work I'll be reinstalling Windows 8 again tonight. The only way I can connect to the internet right now is by using USB Tether on my Gnex.

So if anyone out there is a linux genius, I could really use the help lol. If not then I'll be going back to Windows in a couple hours lol. Sorry for not updating you guys sooner but here lately at work I've been working about 14-15 hours a day so time has been short.
