Full wipe usually works better, possibly a fresh rom slot as well. Didn't boot after 3 fresh downloads until I deleted #1 slot and started anew

I wonder what the 6.62Mb update is about? I can't get it to flash, even tried moving it to sd card but SS doesn't see it to flash on top of 2.7 rom

Figured...it out...after 2 hours...
So! It wasn't a bong danky hits ROM problems....no no...it was stock jb .16 burning my RAZR...yet again. When I first flashed the .16 it ruined my memory card and I had to get it replaced and blah blah. But I was ON Rage for weeks and was digging it and complimenting hicks on his work when all the sudden boom. No more rage. Well I tried doing everything from flash in rage 2.u to flashin 2.1 then 2.7 but none of them would acquire a signal. It would NOT load past the English setup. I then flashes dB lack widow. Same thing. So! I the great thinker that I am remembered job breaking my SD card. So I tried redownloading 2.7. Same thing. English lock. I then formatted internal memory 3 times. Created ROM slot multiple memory formats...multiple times...same problem...so then I decided to boot into stock and wipe internal SD then turn off the phone then volume power combo boot into STOCK recovery and factory data reset the phone and then boot into ss3.11 recreate romslot and install 2.7 and it worked first boot.
So if anyone has the problem of not receiving data after install you have to factory reset the phone through stock recovery. You will NOT LOSE root or ss3.11 recovery. I reset my phone and booted right into recovery I didn't even let the phone boot stock and my phones running perfectly with rage.
Freaking job burning my rom s! Haha
Thanks Bangable dike hips for your awesome ROM. Monies coming to you soon my friend. Garys a great guy. Give him monies and support his ROMs!

I believe 2.7 was just an update to fix issues people were reporting, and I'm positive Hicks will be reupdating soon with more goodies.

It sounds like you had a bad install of the official JellyBean and not RAGE?

2.7 installation instructions were only for a fresh install by deleting and recreating the ROM slot. I actually used Matt's Batman Utility Belt (love calling it that), and I had no issues with a fresh install of 2.7 + a full Titanium Backup restore.

Yes it does. Watching a youtube video as we speak. No issues

Thanks for testing, brother. HDMI was not working on 2.4, so I gave up the lockscreen on 2.7 for the HDMI. =)

Just wanted to share that I have been having some real problems since the latest update. For some reason my screen times out speratically and becomes unresponsive for minutes at a time. Then, suddenly, the home wakes up and becomes responsive. That said, there is no sign of the phone rebooting or anything. The screen just goes black and then returns to lockscreen after 2-3 minutes, when connected to Bluetooth... When the screen dies the bluetooth says the phone has disconnected.

Are you on 2.7? Did you follow each step in the instructions laid out in the OP (original post)? That means.. Did you delete your ROM Slot, recreate, wipe everything, and sacrifice a lamb on an altar to Hicks?

Another user here reported stopping the CPU Sleeper app? Maybe that could be a culprit?

Sounds like your Droid is shutting things off and slowing down when you turn off your screen? Perhaps check your settings in SmartActions?

Please reply back with any results.

I'm using CPU Sleep with no issues...maybe it's because I sacrifice the lamb FIRST?

Sounds like he may be on 2.4
