I probably shouldve worded my post a little more clearly. All good.

Hey guys, Apollo seems to have stopped working for me. It was working fine for a while, but it now just force closes when I try to open it. I tried wiping the app cache and data, and i tried Dalvik/cache wipe in safestrap. should I remove the app and redownload it from the internet? Since it was baked in, will i run into issues with this? (its not an appstore app)
Also. AdFree is useless now, isn't it? Should I remove it?
And thirdly, how does Greenify work? Is it just automatically running all the time? When I open the app it just has that intro screen and no options.

Adfree is actually not useless, (not sure why you would think it is).....
Lastly when you open greenify, there is a plus (+) sign at the bottom.... hit it .... and you can choose the apps you wish to greenify......

I can't think of an add inside an app that it actually stopped from appearing. It's a joke and he's right, doesn't work well enough to keep. It may stop ads within a browser, but for the majority of us, that doesn't cut it.

Well .......adfree is easy enough to remove if you don't want it....
"... try not, do! or do not! there is no try..."
Unless it's baked into the ROM!
But the sad part is, adfree used to work perfectly, then I guess the apps updated and they learned how to push more powerful ads that couldn't be blocked through the host file.

Also some games pull ads in play from network. Use android firewall...they won't update but you won't have ads. Oh there is a ROM that android firewall is baked into...BloodRage!!! Lol!

I seem to be having problems finding the site for downloading this ROM. Can someone post a direct link? I go to the site listed in this forum (
) and I don't see anything in the page content for some reason. I also go to the other page listed on that site ( ) and I don't see this ROM listed as an option to download. I don't think I'm crazy but am starting to feel like it. I have tried it in two different browsers. hmm...Thanks for the help.

Apollo can be redownloaded from play store if need be..... you can clear cache and data for it in menu/manage apps .... that may help.....

I didn't mean it like that. It isn't update-able (at least not in the GP store). When I click "update host file" a message comes up saying the app is out of date. And so it doesn't block ads. If there is a newer version available online I'll grab it. I didn't think to look outside the play store.
As for Apollo, i looked for it in the store and only skins came up, not the actual app. I also tried wiping the app cache and data already with no luck. I'll try deleting and reinstalling from somewhere.

Bye Guys - I jumped ship today... well, not manufacturer at least! I was seduced by the new Droid Maxx and made the move this afternoon. I'll drop back in and give a "One Week" review just for info purposes. I do have to say to "BDH" and the gang, I have thoroughly enjoyed running RAGE for the past several months and that you have all done a great job with it. I will miss that freedom, I'm sure. Later...
