Great thought! :D Here is the init.d installer that loads modules and gov/ sched w/o frequencies! If you DONT want to overclock and want to just use govs and sched.

If you do want oc use links in the op!! :)

Ok, I came back to this ROM and tried the above after flashing in TWRP/Safestrap, put me in a never ending bootloop so had to start all over again. (I didn't want to overclock but wanted the modules - Pegasus... Sio, ect... ) So anyhoo, I did the files (Both) as instructed in the OP with the decision to simply not OC this time and run at stock 1200? Only problem is, via SetCPU, the only higher options are 1100 then it skips to 1345 or something, there is no 1200 speed.

Any clues to this or instructions? Thanks

Your gonna have to restore again.
Then if you don't want oc and just want the governors flash the modules zip then the one in your post. do them separately then reboot. This is my fault as I didn't explain very thoroughly.sounds like on your second attempt you flashed the overclock zip. That is why you had the higher frequencies. The boot loop was caused most likely by the init.d installer not finding the modules and just searching endlessly. Sorry for the trouble will try to post a second set of instruction asap for just the governor install method.

Awe crap, lol! Well I think I will just run it as is at 1100 max ,. Maybe I'll save a little battery this way from the 1200. Everything seems fluid enough. I don't want to start over just yet. Took me awhile to get all my stuff set up again, lolzzz

Well sort of, I mean I have TIBU and a backup made AFTER flashing both .zips in the OP. It's just the pain in restoring everything and email accounts, ect... if starting from scratch again.
