Just so everyone knows. Sadly this will be one of the last updates for RageRom. Not saying it will no longer be supported because it will always have my support! However, I am getting the Galaxy S4 on Saturday and haven't even owned a RAZR for months. Most of my development will be for the S4 and the S3. So if you would still like to get your taste of RageRom, I encourage everyone to get an S4. There will be 2 flavors of RageRom for the S4, a stock based 4.2.2 build, and a CM10.1 based version.

 

The reasons for this being one of the last updates is because there's simply not much more I can do with this ROM to improve it, and if I can't improve it then there's really not much point in updating it. Like I said though, this ROM will ALWAYS be supported and I really hope you guys move over to the S4 because I have never had better followers than I do with RageRom. You guys have stuck with me through it all to make this the absolute best stock based ROM for the OG RAZR! You guys/gals are awesome!!

bdh i m feeling very sad by hearing your post...we need you ...always really miss u a lot,,but what we can do it your decision to leave this rom developement..,,,its final from ur side ..presently i dont have any s4 device thinks to by one from USA ..but money is a big problem ha ha...because i m living in india and i dont like the model available here .. i want  the model in usa i know rage rom cant support our indian models .i know rooting will also easy compare to indian models.i bought my motorola droid razr also from US one of my friend gifted me... so i tasted rage rom alot..

ji 90 can i need to wipe or just install over 3.2..i overclocked too..so whats the procedure for flashing this update

Oh boy an update!!! Anyone oc'ed you may have to reflash oc zips just do the update first please! Then if you have to...do overclocking after you boot the update. This is first update since oc and I don't want anyone to have issues! Thanks

I am reposting this so you all don't have to refer back to previous page lol! Thanks hicks for all your hard work on this ROM and maybe I'll have to get an S4 sooner than later!

I have begun learning to theme ( thanks Grimm!) And plan on doing something for this ROM... might be awhile. Lol. I am thinking of doing some wallpapers icons apps etc to get a feel for it so keep watching the thread.

BDH, you have developed one awesome ROM!  I am sorry to hear you are leaving us and moving to the S4.  Maybe one day I will have a device you are developing for and I can once again have the most awesome ROM there is.

OK I flashed the update just wiped cache and davlik my phone turned into a camaro transformed and fought a mustang! Lol. Seriously though oc doesn't survive so just install update reboot, set up, reboot again and install oc according to op instructions. Then enjoy your shiny new transformer!!

4.2.2 keyboard! Nice! after you install update open something that uses keyboard and swipe your finger around!!

Edit; you can still just use it the same as the old one.
