Alright so it seems that the "Android is updating apps" process at reboot is what's killing my keyboard. Wiped cache and dalvik and rebooted and it runs the process again. Still no keyboard. Anyone else having this problem or is it one of the known bugs with Alpha?

Looks like AppDirectedSmsService might be what's causing the problem if this helps any.

How in the hell?

Whenever I tried to make a call or a call was made to me tonight, the call would look like it went through and the timer was ticking, but I couldn't hear anything. Any ideas? Seems like the data would just cut right out while the call was "connected", but then a few seconds after I would end the call, the data would come back. (light up blue again instead of gray)

Is there a bug with wifi? When I first flashed it connected fine, now it doesn't seem to want to connect.. also how can I see all local wifi networks?

In the system settings you will see the toggle for wifi at top touch the wifi icon and it will show you what is around you

This rom is awesome, its so MUCH more stable and smooth than the gummynex rom I am running on my old US Cellular Samsung Mez.

By the way, does anyone know if the "My Music" app that came stock with the phone is compatible with ICS? If so, does anyone have a link to it? I cant seem to find it anywhere. I really liked a few of the internet radio stations, but I don't want to part with this sweet ICS build to get it back. I have used many internet radio apps in the past, but this one is the first I actually liked. Also, is there a way to adjust the haptic feedback? I didn't have this problem until I got my Razr, its the only phone I have had haptic randomness with. On all my previous android phones, haptic was the same across the board, is this just how Moto does it? My simple mind is lost without the vibrating approval.

I had the same problems with calls and not hearing or being heard. I had to go back to Eclipse until this baby is ready for prime time as a daily.

Must be something we did wrong, since not everyone is complaining of this problem. An isolated thing.

when I got up this morning, no wifi, data was roming, had to reset data and I had no sound. Notification and phone ring tones were gone. Under my phone ringtone it said unknown file

I went back and read thru all 49 pages of posts. WiFi, Data & phones are issues I see. Wierd, not all startered immediately.

I had the same problem only it did still work over Bluetooth.. Last night I did a full wipe and reload of the ROM and now call audio works with and without bluetooth.. This time I checked the call audio BEFORE loading all my goodies..

Also, it's a good idea to NOT allow the phone to restore your settings from your gmail account, uncheck that puppy.. Could have been the cause of my original issue.

Go into system app, and delete the gmail apk. To be safe make sure you have a back up. Rename it by adding .bak after API, or moving it to your sdcard. Then boot into recovery and flash the inverted gmail.

For some reason I can't upload a screenshot, or any image. But that's what I ended up doing.
