Install that on your SD Card and flash it in your recovery (no need to wipe anything as it wipes cache and dalvik for you).

I keep getting an unsuccessful download. Is there another link?

When you connect to USB it should prompt to Turn on USB Storage in notifications

Thanks for the help but I think I figured it out. I was connecting through a docking station. So I connected direct to the laptop and it worked fine. Never had this problem before, but its no big deal. This rom is worth switching a cable.

It needs H/W acceleration. Which we don't have yet. So it won't work yet.

Is this an issue that is able to get fixed? Or is this something i should get used to cuz it cant be fixed due to problems i probably know nothing about? Not asking for an ETA just wondering whether it is even at all possible.

I imagine eventually it will. This is an ALPHA after all. We aren't even in Beta versions yet.

I am having connection issues (no 3g or 4g) I do the GSM thing (toggle)...Could reflashing fix this?

Ok stupid question, but I will ask it anyway. Given that this is an ALPHA build, has it proven to be stable enough to use as a daily driver on a business phone? I use touchdown for my email and just want to see if anyone has had any stability problems.

Maybe. Play with the toggling and reboot. Once the sim card activates u should be fine.

I have done this....I just wonder would reflashing make a difference....I don't want to waste my time if thats not going to have any effect...

For me it is using it for work email as well as personal. Im not having netwrok issues as others have stated maybe im just lucky

Every time I try to download inverted gapps they download to 100% and then says download uncesessful. Any ideas.
