Make sure your uncheck Smart Dithering under Settings/performance and reboot. Plus, give it some time to settle. Your stats are most likey off, so the reported value is most likey not true.

Hey DT, when I connect my Bluetooth headset it completely disabled the phone speaker and microphone. Won't switch when you try speaker I or handset earpiece. Ha! guess I messed around too long typing this!

Not necessarily. It just means you don't have a connection to google services. I agree this is not the correct behavior though. Try removing and readding your google account, and check the sync status for each sync item. If you switch to wifi do they turn blue again?
