I'm gonna say, especially since cam is working (meaning new drivers being installed) you should probably full wipe. And his roms normally clear cache/dalvik/format system...but do that stuff manually anyways.

I would do as OP says wipe cache dalvik data and format /system just to be on saf side

D/L'ing straight to phone...will use root explorer to copy over from internal to external SD. Then flash...then re-install inverted gapps on a few certain apps.

not sure i was thinking Front Facing Camera? But it says FFC Camera so it almost seems redundant
